The Deschutes County Department of Administrative Services is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide state legislative representation and lobbying services.

Deschutes County is committed to equal opportunity in its procurement and contracting process and this RFP has been developed in accordance with adopted County policies and guidelines.

Proposals must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on November 6, 2015 to be eligible for consideration.  Late proposals will not be considered.  Submission and receipt of proposals by electronic means is not permitted.  Members of the Deschutes County Board of Commissioners may not be contacted or solicited by any individual or firm intending to submit a proposal.  All questions concerning this RFP should be directed to Judith Ure by telephone at 541-330-4627 or via email to Judith.Ure@deschutes.org.
