Newberry Neighborhood Quadrant 2d, La Pine, Oregon

Deschutes County (County) is requesting proposals for the sale and development of County-owned property identified as Quadrant 2d within Neighborhood 2 of the City of La Pine’s Newberry Neighborhood. The County seeks a qualified developer to purchase the subject property and develop it for residential housing purposes, in coordination with Habitat for Humanity of La Pine and Sunriver (Habitat). To be considered, interested parties must respond to this Request for Proposal (RFP) and the submittal requirements outlined herein.
