KNOTT LANDFILL LANDSCAPING MAINTENANCE SERVICES

Deschutes County Department of Solid Waste is soliciting bids to provide landscape maintenance services at Knott Landfill, located in Bend, Oregon. The Contractor shall provide all staff, labor, tools, materials and equipment required for the maintenance of landscaping and irrigation systems at the Knott Landfill Recycling and Transfer Facility located at 61050 SE 27th Street in Bend. The services also include providing  Spring tune-up and Winter shut down and maintenance of the landscaping and irrigation systems on the west and south perimeter of Knott Landfill along 27th Street and Rickard Road. 

The Request for Bids may be obtained or examined at the Deschutes County Department of Solid Waste offices at the address listed below or viewed at https://www.deschutes.org/rfps.

Bids must be submitted on forms included in the Request for Bids and must be received by 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at the Deschutes County Solid Waste Department, 61050 S.E. 27th Street, Bend, Oregon 97702.  Proposals should be addressed to Chad Centola, Director of Solid Waste. Bids may be submitted in person, by mail or e-mail and must be received by the Solid Waste Department by the due date and time specified above.
