RFP - Solid Waste Management Plan

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
For development of a
SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT PLAN
for
DESCHUTES COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF SOLID WASTE

The Deschutes County Department of Solid Waste is requesting proposals to develop a solid waste management plan in anticipation of the closure of Knott Landfill in Bend, Oregon.

In general, the services to be provided include:

• Identification of a wide range of solid waste disposal options.
• Analysis of disposal options based on economics, environmental impact, ease of implementation and other criteria.
• Review of other aspects of the solid waste system including collection, recycling and transfer for efficiency and compatibility with future disposal options.

Failure to register via the form below, or by contacting the Solid Waste Department,
will result in Proposer disqualification.  E-mail and Fax proposals will not be accepted.
