Weekly Road Construction - Update Dec. 22 to Dec. 28

Projects Administered by Deschutes County:

Hamehook Road Bridge Replacement (Bend Area) – No work will be occurring.

Traffic Information – Road users should exercise caution in construction work zones.

Projects Administered by Other Agencies:

U.S. 97: Terrebonne (Oregon Department of Transportation) – No work will be occurring.

Traffic Information – Road users should exercise caution in construction work zones.

Other Road Impacts:

Cascade Lakes Highway Closed– Cascade Lakes Highway is closed to traffic between Mt. Bachelor and FS Road 4270 for the winter. The Deschutes County Road Department will aim to remove the snow that accumulates over the winter season and open Cascade Lakes Highway prior to Memorial Day 2025, weather permitting.

Paulina Lake Road Closed – Paulina Lake Road is closed to traffic east of the Ten Mile Sno-Park for the winter. The Deschutes County Road Department will aim to remove the snow that accumulates over the winter season and open Paulina Lake Road prior to Memorial Day 2025, weather permitting.
