  each additional 200 lbs - $8.00

• Asbestos
  0-2000 lbs - $125.00
  each additional lb - $0.06
  Must have approved Special Waste Disposal Application prior to disposal. There is a $50.00 per application fee. See Hazardous Waste page for more information.

• Contaminated Soil
  $0.02 per lb

Knott Landfill accepts Cash, Check, Debit and Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express).

*A $10.00 rebate is given for loads properly secured according to County Ordinance 13.36.040.

Negus Transfer Station  - Rates and Accepted Items

• Household garbage or Construction debris (limit of 10 cubic yards of construction debris)

• ​​Yard Debris 
  per cubic yard - $6.00

• Wood Waste
  per cubic yard - $6.00
   
• Clean Fill 
  per cubic yard - $6.00

• Appliances (limit 4 per customer per day)
  each - $8.00
   
• Freon Appliances (i.e. refrigerator/freezer, limit 4 per customer per day)
  each - $20.00

• Tires (limit 12 per customer per day)
  passenger car, pick-up and light truck - $2.00 each
  additional charge if on rim - $2.00 each
  Heavy truck or equipment tires are not accepted

• Sod is only accepted at the regular garbage rate at the Negus Transfer Station (limit 1 cubic yard and is only accepted at the attendants approval based on transfer trailer status. Sod can be brought to the Recycling Center at Knott Landfill for $6.00 per cubic yard).

Other large or heavy items that may damage the transfer trailers as determined by the attendant on duty

Negus Transfer Station may accept up to 10 cubic yards of construction debris.  Larger amounts are accepted at the Knott Landfill Recycling and Transfer Facility in Bend.

Alfalfa, Northwest, and Southwest Transfer Stations  - Rates and Accepted Items

  each additional cubic yard - $11.00
   
• ​​Yard Debris (NOT accepted at Alfalfa Transfer)
  per cubic yard - $6.00

• Appliances (limit 4 per customer per day, NOT accepted at Alfalfa Transfer)
  each - $8.00
   
• Refrigerators (i.e. refrigerator/freezer, limit 4 per customer per day, NOT accepted at Alfalfa Transfer)
  each - $20.00

• Tires (limit 12 per customer per day)
  passenger car, pick-up and light truck - $2.00 each
  additional charge if on rim - $2.00 each
  Commercial tires 20" - $10 Additional charge if on rim - $5
