As a public Vaccine Access Provider (VAP) we offer a weekly immunization clinics in Bend and Redmond, committed to increasing vaccination rates and decreasing disparities in immunization coverage.
When: Weekly on Thursdays
Time: 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. BY APPOINTMENT ONLY – WALK-IN’S NOT ACCEPTED
Location: 2577 NE Courtney Dr., Bend, OR 97701
Available Services: Individuals eligible to receive free or low-cost vaccine from a VAP provider include:
- People under the age of 19 who are eligible for Vaccines for Children (VFC) program**
- Any uninsured adult who meets 317 program requirements
- Insured children or adults covered by private insurance or Medicaid/Medicare
NOTE: We do not offer travel vaccines.
We accept Oregon Health Plan (OHP), private insurance, and offer sliding scale payments. No one is turned away for inability to pay.
