Psychiatric Security Review Board (PSRB)
This program serves individuals under the jurisdiction of the Oregon Psychiatric Security Review Board. Individuals under this jurisdiction must have pled Guilty Except for Insanity to criminal charges. Individuals receive monitoring specific to the conditions of their community release as well as treatment, case management, peer support and other services as indicated. Individuals are at multiple different levels of housing in the community, including residential placements and independent living. A central objective for PSRB clients is to work on mental health recovery to gain skillsets, knowledge and resources needed to successfully reintegrate into the community.
Eligibility: Individuals are referred buy the Psychiatric Security Review Board
Exceptional Needs Care Coordinators (ENCC)
ENCCs are responsible for working with multi-disciplinary teams that provide services to adult clients with serious mental illness/co-occurring addiction issues who are most at risk of hospitalization, civil commitment, or incarceration. They support these individuals in referrals to residential placement services, coordination of care between providers, and ongoing case management with community residential facilities and licensed care systems.
Eligibility: Individuals are referred through Behavioral Health or community partners
Civil Commitment
Civil commitment is a process in which a judge decides whether a person alleged to be mentally ill should be required to accept mental health treatment. Upon determination by the court, the team will monitor and support individuals going through this process while coordinating with the courts, local hospitals, attorneys and other entities involved in the process.
Eligibility: Individuals are ordered by the Deschutes County Circuit Court
