CSS Outpatient Treatment Team
A blend of community and office based services, focused on treatment and supports for individuals living with a serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI).  The CSS team is a multidisciplinary team comprised of therapists, case managers, nurses, and psychiatric providers who work to support people with meeting their goals.  Services include:  therapy, groups, outreach, case management, skills training, medication management, substance use disorder treatment, and care coordination.

Eligibility:  High acuity individuals with an SPMI diagnosis who are willing to participate in services.  Placement in the CSS outpatient program is determined by the Access Team. ​

Harriman Health Care  
Harriman Health Care (HHC) is an integrated health care clinic operated by Mosaic Medical in partnership with Deschutes County Health Services, Behavioral Health Division.  It is located within the Deschutes County Downtown Clinic (DCDC).  DCBH Peer Support Specialists work in coordination with Mosaic Medical and DCBH treatment teams to help individuals improve their medical and behavioral health outcomes.  

Eligibility: Clients enrolled in DCBH Intensive Adult or Intensive Youth Services programs
