The Quit Line is free and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This service is for all Oregonians aged 13 and older who want to quit using tobacco and nicotine products. Freedom From Smoking Quit Groups
Quitting isn’t easy—but it’s easier with the right help. The American Lung Association’s Freedom From Smoking® program gives you options, resources and support to quit for good! This seven week (eight sessions) tobacco cessation program will help participants to select a quit day, develop a quit plan and prepare for it with a trained facilitator. This course is for adults 18 years or older.
