RFP - On-Site Pharmacy Services for Deschutes County Behavioral Health Division

Deschutes County, a political subdivision of the State of Oregon, acting by and through the Deschutes County Health Services Department, Behavioral Health Division (DCHS) is releasing this competitive solicitation to secure on-site closed pharmacy services at the Deschutes County Downtown Clinic (DCDC) location.

Proposals must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on October 16, 2015 to be eligible for consideration. Postmarks will not be accepted in lieu of receipt by the due date and late proposals will not be considered. Submission and receipt of proposals by electronic means is not permitted.
