License Renewals: Due December 31, 2025

It’s time to prepare for your annual license renewal! Please review the reminders below to ensure a smooth renewal process:

  • Renew by December 31, 2025. All licenses expire at the end of the year — don’t wait until the last minute!
  • Watch for the renewal email from the state coming soon! Check your junk mail if you don’t see it in your inbox.
  • Review your invoice carefully and confirm that all contact details (email, phone, address) are correct before returning your renewal paperwork.
  • Sign your invoice before submitting it with payment. Payments cannot be accepted by mail without an accompanying invoice.
  • Return renewals to:

  • Important: All licenses held by the same owner must be paid in full at the same time. (Seasonal licenses are the only exception.)
  • Licenses will be emailed as a PDF attachment from “healthspacecloudprint.” No paper copies will be mailed.
  • Late fee alert: A $150 late fee per license will apply beginning January 2026 for unpaid renewals.

Environmental Health 

Environmental Health programs & services benefit the entire community, including: county residents, tourists, visitors, and businesses. Anyone who eats food prepared in a restaurant, temporary food booth, or institutional setting (such as a cafeteria), or swims in a pool, benefits from the inspection process. Tourists can more safely enjoy the many outdoor festivals, restaurants, and travel accommodations in Deschutes County. Businesses also benefit from having a safe community that attracts visitors and encourages residents to use their services.
