Foster Care homes - Adult & Child
-
The goal of an adult foster home is to provide necessary resident care while emphasizing the adult's independence, choice, dignity, and decision-making.
-
The goal of child foster care is to assist children with their activities of daily living, provide supervision and guidance in a nurturing setting to maintain the child’s health and safety while working to increase levels of self-confidence and independence.
AFH caregivers also provide friendship and the opportunity for the resident to reside in a safe and caring environment.
