Proposal Summary

The applicant requests three Conditional Use Permits which include:

• Conditional Use Permit (247-24-00184-CU): A Concrete Batch and Delivery Service.
• Conditional Use Permit (247-24-000586-CU): Three (3) Contractor’s Yards under DCC 18.100.020(Q)
• Conditional Use Permit (247-24-000587-CU): Two (2) Contractor’s Yards under DCC 18.100.010(E)

The request also includes a Site Plan Review (247-25-000185-SP) for the uses proposed under the Conditional Use Permits listed above, and a Property Line Adjustment (247-25-000532-LL)  between Tax Lots 104 and 201.

The Hearings Officer established the following Open Record Period: 

• 14 Day Open Record – Thursday, December 4^th at 4pm
• 7 Day Rebuttal – Thursday, December 11^th at 4 pm
• 7 Day Applicant Final Argument – Thursday, December 18^th at 4pm

• All submittals should be addressed to Nathaniel.Miller@deschutes.org
• The County does not retrieve information from a website link or personal cloud storage device. It is your responsibility to submit all evidence and testimony you want the Hearings Officer to consider.
• Any electronic submittals must be received by the County’s server by 4pm. Please do not wait until the last minute to submit your evidence and testimony.
