Proposal Summary

Proposal Status

A decision has not been issued on this application yet. A public hearing before a Hearings Officer was held on December 4th and the written record was left open after the hearing. New evidence and testimony can be submitted until December 31st, rebuttal testimony can be submitted until January 7th, and the applicant has until January 14th to submit their final legal argument.
