Proposal Status
This application was submitted on February 20, 2024. On January 8, 2025, the applicant submitted a Modification of Application (land use file no. 247-25-000021-MA) to reduce the size of the area to be rezoned from 259 to 240.17 acres. An initial public hearing before a Hearings Officer was held on May 9, 2025. A Hearings Officer Recommendation was mailed on July 9, 2025, and the Hearings Officer recommended approval of this application. A public hearing will be held before the Board of County Commissioners on August 20, 2025.
